Audrey C. Parr
Since 1991, Audrey Parr's practice has concentrated in the defense of insurance related issues and the investigation and prosecution of insurance fraud claims. She offers extensive experience in a broad range of insurance defense and coverage cases, with a focus on the investigation and litigation of first-party and third-party suspected fraudulent automobile, bodily injury, homeowner, commercial, and property damage claims.
More recently, she was instrumental in the investigation of hundreds of suspected staged motor vehicle accidents in Massachusetts, which helped lead to the creation of a government task force that resulted in the arrest and prosecution of hundreds of insureds and claimants, as well as chiropractors and attorneys.
Ms. Parr began her legal career in 1979 as a prosecutor in the Middlesex District Attorney's Office in Massachusetts, where she spent 12 years successfully prosecuting hundreds of bench and jury trials involving major felonies including homicide, arson, insurance fraud, and child sexual abuse.
